WHAT CURRENCY DOES GROOMED ACCEPT?

GROOMED products are shown in CAD (Canadian Dollar) or USD (US Dollar).

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship to anywhere in Canada and the USA. Special exemptions can be made for international countries. Please email us at contact@groomedessentials.co to arrange.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We send out orders daily and always try to get your package to you as soon as possible. We estimate that you will receive your product within 5 business days.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change(s) at contact@groomedessentials.co Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they have been shipped.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept return once items have been opened. We designed our products to be oriented for men but we are all inclusive. Our products work well for all genders, hair and skin types! We encourage women to try our products and let us know what they think!

WHAT DON'T YOU USE IN ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

All of our products are free of animal-based ingredients, parabens, sulfates, phthalates and mineral oils.
